Troy Roland
President and General Manager
Working many hours after school and weekends mowing around his neighborhood Troy started developing roots for Roland Outdoor at the age of 12. Today he continues to be very active with Roland Outdoor as our President and General Manager. Troy is a thinker and is usually planning 5 years ahead, his motivation is for the betterment of his employees and customers.
He is on the Hannibal High School Horticulture and Turf Class advisory board, John Wood College Landscape and Turf grass Management board and is a member of the Hannibal Lions Club. Troy is father of 2 and married to Shannon for 13 years. He enjoys boating, motorcycling, playing guitar, creating and recording music. |

Shannon Roland
Vice President and CF0
Shannon has been a part of Roland Outdoor from the very beginning. The days when it was just Troy, a truck and a mower. She has worked out on job sites, I remember many late nights trying to finish a job Shannon was there to help. She has delivered material to job sites, set up meetings and much more. Today Shannon is our Vice President and CFO.
Shannon holds degree in Horticulture from John Wood College. She was one of the few to receive a certificate for the completion of the Horticultural Occupational and Professional Experience Program. Shannon is a board member of the John Wood College Landscape and Turf grass Management Program and a member of the Hannibal Rotary Club. Shannon is a proud mother of 2 great kids. She enjoys boating, spending time with family and friends and reading. |

Whitney Pfaff
Admistrative Assistant
Whitney is part of our administrative team as our administrative assistant. Whitney graduated from Culver Stockton Collage with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Minor in Marketing. From creating custom spreadsheets to managing the accounts receivable, Whitney can do it. Whitney enjoys watching the St. Louis Cardinals, being outside, music and much more. Whitney got married on a beach in Florida about a year ago. |

Ronnie Davis
Landscape Manger/Designer
Ronnie has been with Roland Outdoor for 9 years and in the green industry for 13 years. Ronnie manages our Landscape Department and is Head Designer. He holds a A.A.S Degree in Horticulture from Linn State Technical College and a B.A.S in Organizational Management from HLG. Ronnie specializes in creative landscape design and project management.
Ronnie is also a proud husband and father of 3. For fun he enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching and playing baseball. He also enjoys water; rivers, lakes or ponds. Ronnie tells me he is aspiring to become a carpenter "but don’t expect Noah's Ark"

Dave Goodin
Lawn Care Manager
Dave knows turf grass, he was a past golf course superintendent for 21 years and has been here at Roland Outdoor for 9 years as the manager of our Lawn Care Department. That is 30 years experience. Dave has attended Carl Sandberg College and Penn State University; he is a Certified Golf Course Superintendent and is a licensed applicator in Missouri and Illinois. Dave is a big Nascar fan, loves to hunt, fish and play guitar. |

Lance Doran
Senior Landscape Foreman
Lance has been landscaping with Roland Outdoor for 12 years and is our Senior Landscape Supervisor. Lance is a specialist in retaining walls, pavers patios and landscape installation. He is a true craftsman and won’t leave a job without it looking great and cleaned up perfect. Lance is a avid hunter and enjoys feeding wildlife. |

Patrick Murphy
Mow Department Manager/Landscape Foreman
Patrick manages our mowing department and has been with us for 7 years. You will also see Patrick running a landscape and irrigation crew at times. Patrick's attention to detail is what Roland Outdoor is all about. He likes to fish, hunt and spend time with his family. |

Bill Shadwell
Maintenance Manager
Bill has been a part of Roland Outdoor for 3 years and is our Maintenance Manager. Bill has 30 years experience in property and equipment maintenance. He keeps everything in order, neat and clean. Bill is a good carpenter, builder and fabricator and you should see all of his tools. He enjoys playing ball in his free time. |

Al Roisum
Consultant
Al has been in the green industry 48 years and with us for 4 years. Al has a B.S. Degree with Honors in Soil Science from University of North Dakota; he has a master pest control license in Minnesota. Al acts as our consultant, team coach and good friend. A few of Al's specialties are irrigation, water features, trees, business management and development. Al is a pilot, enjoys golf and most of all loves our Industry and is truly passionate about it. Al and his wife live in Hannibal; they have 5 awesome kids, 22 terrific grandkids and one cute great grandchild. "Wise Ol Al" |
